Pros

Small CI firm which gives you opportunities to engage with clients relatively quickly. Good starting point if you have no commercial experience.

Cons

There are a lot of people with little or no experience in the company and training is minimal. This results in people having to work extremely long hours to try and deliver projects to clients. This has a major impact on work/life balance. As a project manager it's also difficult to maintain quality as people on your teams just don't have a clue...often the quality of the deliverables is not great and I guess clients are starting to notice. Line management is very poor. Turnover is very high this is probably also related to the attitude of management which I'd define as "very negative" and lack of training as mentioned above. Turnover is high in both junior and senior roles, just look on LinkedIn. Main focus of the business is competitive intelligence so you'll also need to consider if you want to work in this space.

Exposure to clients in large pharmaceutical companies

Cons

Projects are understaffed, which results in a lot of pressure on people and ridiculous hours. Management doesn't seem to care. I guess for them it's all about the company and money rather than the people. There are better companies that you should consider, which is what many here are doing, myself included!
