      Mostly a great place to work!

      Pros

      - Bright, hard-working and nice teams. - The company gets to work on some of the best projects.

      Cons

      - Base salary isn’t fantastic but rise annually and bonuses are good. Twice a year for senior planner and above. - Can end up being pigeon-holed into one type of work. - Timesheets - Paternity pay and leave could be improved beyond 2 weeks at full pay.
