      Flexible, very nice, good pay

      Work load daily was 95 % high money accounts- total burn out

      Good benefits. Good work/life balance. Great pay, bonuses, and raises. Managers and auditing personnel are helpful. Webinars and ability to earn CEU's. Guaranteed pay during down time.

      Cons

      Policy that prohibits coders from working for any competition. Managers not loyal to coders during conflicts between coders and clients. Abundant system issues.
