      Pros

      This place is good for candidates from good college, you can even directly hold the position of director. You don't need to prove.

      Cons

      They even don't provide experience letter and full and final settlement. You are always being monitored strictly for time spent on desk, internet usage and you can loose you job anytime over anything.
