Pros

The company offers remote work

Cons

Leadership is below par, bonuses were cut for legacy trustwave for the year 2024 and to make matters worse its seems they wont pay bonuses for 2025. They keep postponing almost every 1-2 weeks. Before I left the whole bonus cycle was postponed by 2 months and it didn’t look like they wanted to pay the bonuses they promised. I highly doubt there would be a bonus for 2026z

Pros

Zero. Remote work isn’t a pro when they hand you only a laptop with no other hardware, don’t pay for cell or internet.

Cons

Dishonest senior leadership. At every level managers lied to employees. No employee development. No regard for people. Little interest in customers or long term success. Only focus was to cut costs because they could not manage to increase revenue. Multiple law suits filed by former employees who weren’t paid commissions, bonuses and variable pay owed when they left.
