      - Lots of opportunity for growth if you are wiling to put in the time and prove yourself/advocate for yourself - Great business environment- it's all about a quality product, integrity, AND making money. - Very invested in local and education - Passionate about students and teachers all around - Flexible about life changes and needs that arise

      Great place to work, very open with work life balance and works around your schedule. Very carefree and hard working environment at the same time

      Low compensation, and senior management do not substantially value employees. High turnover rate.
