      Learning opportunities overshadowed by toxic office culture

      Pros

      Ability to learn about all facets of CPG; an industry that is hard to find in CT.

      Cons

      Entire office vibe is toxic and culture is very negative. CEO's management style is secretive and erratic, which funnels down to senior leadership and so forth. Communication amongst departments is so poor and leads to so many issues with product innovation and goals. Marketing team is full of adult mean girls - especially senior leaders on the team who create a very exclusionary atmosphere in hopes to push people out of their jobs. If you're looking for a place to work where growth, honesty, and real care for employees is valued...look elsewhere.

      Cons

      Pressure remained high with little variation or relief. Communication focused on keeping production moving rather than addressing root issues. Adjustments were reactive, and feedback arrived after problems escalated. Over time, the constant pace without meaningful support led to fatigue and frustration.

      Greedy and Arrogant Employers Don't Care About Anyone- Beware!

      Pros

      Complimentary snacks and a gym were the only advantages of working here. I didn't realize that I had to pay a heavy price for it.

      Cons

      I don't think that any sane person should join LesserEvil. Their name is misleading. The people in the leadership are horribly evil and awfully greedy. They don't let employees grow as the company grows. As an employee, your responsibilities grow consistently until you are super stressed and exhausted. Your pay will remain a joke, and whenever you ask for a raise, you'll get the same excuse- we are still growing.
