      HQ staff don't know or care about the other sites. Benefits package is old-fashioned compared to other international businesses in Austria

      Legacy Internal Audit in Austria had been avoiding low performing Europe and American sites to avoid issue for decades. And also being on board for certain site, thus unwilling to be open audit nor to be fair.
