      Pros

      Flex time Great dedicated coworkers Nice building Cafeteria Beautiful product Sample sales Employee discount

      Cons

      No raises in 10 years losing long time dedicated employees quickly and with them goes the skill set and knowledge that helps keep the place running Moral is so low which makes for long sad days As people leave more job tasks are absorbed and with no pay raises or aknowledgment of your hard work not even a smile from upper management Old systems that make any and all tasks difficult and time consuming

      Pros

      - Time off is very flexible but you do get the run around that it's busy, its always busy. - People are really nice to work with.

      Cons

      - Upper management are a bunch of dinosaurs - It is like the old boys club at Lenox when it comes to senior management - You will do well if you work in Marketing or Sales - This place needs some fresh blood - Too much expected of Finance with such little resources and little pay

      Pros

      Salaries are very good for the area. Immediate supervisor was fantastic! Worked at Lenox for nearly 10 years. LOVED it when I started...and for the first 4-5 years. Then is was sold to Department 56.

      Cons

      Wow! Where to start? Upper Management is clueless. CEO is out to line his own pockets. Takes a limo from NYC to work....but no raises in years. They lay off lower level people, then hire their cronies to do the same work...at a significant pay increase.
