      - great learning opportunities with talented long-standing staff - opportunity to go above and beyond for both personal and company gain which makes you feel like you contribute - great working atmosphere most of the time - management listens to staff most of the time - Regular options awards, team days out, chance to progress

      - The work can be fast paced, so if you're not used to this or want longer delivery cycles / project timelines then this isn't the company for you.

      Pros

      The fast pace is perfect if you're eager to learn and grow quickly. Loads of cool projects to get involved in, and the team is awesome—genuinely supportive and fun to work with. Management listens and you really feel like you’re making an impact every day. Great social scene too, which makes it easy to get along with everyone. Honestly, couldn't ask for a better place to kick off my career!

      It can be intense sometimes, but if you thrive in a busy environment, you’ll love it here.

      I have a great team of people who I work with. I feel valued and my voice is heard. My manager is very supportive and gives me the space to be creative and try new ideas. I can see a clear career progression as the company continues to grow.
