Wow, where do I start? Nobody in management knows anything about food or managing people. There are daily meltdowns from the COO (their former IT guy) resulting in yelling at staff & crying (by the same COO!) afterwards, Im not being judgey here but unless someone has died or was disfigured on site, theres really no place for crying at work and no adult should ever get yelled at by their boss, period...leave the yelling for kids and dogs, not your employees. Because of these meltdowns, there were constant sick-calls or people just walking out. Parking is horrible...both expensive and just not safe. I opened and every day I was worried about being jumped on the way in or having my windows smashed when I got back to my car. Im guessing hundreds of windows get smashed in the surrounding area due to the steady tourism and the thieves have no idea if you are an employee or tourist, BEWARE! Be wary of using any of your own money to pay for supplies, they will push you off for reimbursement constantly. They didnt have a Restaurant Depot card when I was there so I was constantly making runs for them & all out of my own pocket. Id easily spend $1500 a month on their stock. The only thing keeping this place afloat is the fact that they will have a steady stream of new customers (tourists) that wont know any better but if youre considering working here, you really need to know that they will drop you in a hot minute if you happen to be a target of one of the COO daily temper-tantrums. Dont listen to their promises because they wont keep them, no matter what, make sure there's PLENTY of compensation and dont burn any bridges if youre leaving an established job. They poached me with big $$, agreed to a M-F schedule, started working me 10-12 hours a day for 6 days a week and when I reminded them of their M-F agreement, they fired me by text message 2 days later. Zero respect for their employees, none. If you want to know how this place treats any kind of criticism, just read their comments on the slew of negative Yelp reviews, what a sad nightmare the new Leftys is. If this place is here in 2020 without a complete management overhaul, Ill be shocked.

a very poorly managed company, many promises, little on delivery. The C O O is a rolling horror story, nothing is the same 2 days in a row, they can't figure things out.
