Pros

- The company dreamt big and achieved tremendous success, now they are not afraid to dream bigger and to become a difference maker in the ever-evolving crypto/blockchain security space. - The leadership team is assembled with a group of top executives with rich experiences from MNCs in various adjacent industries. Their vision and foresightedness is unparalleled and a blessing to observe up close. The organization is very flat and everyone's idea and opinion matters. - The technology is truly remarkable, the branding is very recognizable and trusted by global community.

Cons

- Not for individuals who have to work under a structured environment, company is still undergoing rapid growth so one has to be willing to adapt at all times. - Long hours, you get the whole package of a startup experience you asked for.

Pros

The company is working in an interesting industry. It's a well-known startup in France.

Cons

- Not good international culture. Everyone speaks French. Be careful if you are not French speaker. - Messy management. Frequent position changes in every level. - Not a software company, focus is on hardware.

Pros

Overall smart and motivated colleagues; known brand in the industry; good pay

Cons

Despite advocating a people culture on paper, talents are used and not nurtured and supported for a long term career in the company; similar for feedback culture: promoted on paper and not really implemented; equity offered upon joining to attract people and then as soon as business go south contracts are ended and they leave you with nothing; feels like ceo manages senior leadership by fear
