Pros
+They are very flexible and understanding with taking time off. (Sick days, mental health days, etc) +The team is relatively small and tight-knit. Everyone is very friendly and open to talk to. + With many employees working remote in other countries, you get to interact with people from different cultures and work styles. + They are very open with how well the company is doing, what mistakes they have made and what has been working well. + All the above points contribute to a very open and honest company culture. I have never felt like my voice was not being heard.
Cons
- The mix of remote and local employees may not be everyone's cup of tea. Not having in person interactions might feel strange to many people. - The above can also lead to miscommunication now and then, but is usually quickly resolved.
