What really makes me feel part of the company is the family team spirited and entrepreneurial mindset which is clearly embedded in the culture. This leaves plenty of room for creativity and encourages people to express themselves. Having worked in bigger companies, I can clearly state that working in a smaller company allows for more freedom and enables quick decisions and no status quo. The trade off of being part of a fast growing start up is that you need to be able to set clear priorities and manage expectations from a client and executional perspective.
