Pros
Very progressive approach to recruiting, recruiters seem to really understand the positions they were filling and were exceptionally proactive with touching base with candidates even those that were not accepted. The position details, expectations and even team culture matched what was described to me during hiring process.
Cons
Learneo is true to its remote-first culture but like all remote-first companies collaboration can sometimes be challenging. There is an in-office day every other week which helps bridge the gap but many aren't close enough to the office to participate and attendance isn't heavily enforced.
