Pros
High-caliber team, lots of ownership, meaningful work, opportunities to improve processes, supportive leadership. Fully remote. I've had the opportunity to grow a lot while working at Leap. It's a fast-paced environment with a high bar, but if you like solving problems and taking ownership, it's a great place to be. There's a lot of trust given to people to improve processes rather than just maintain the status quo, which has kept the work interesting.
Cons
Fast pace, high expectations, and occasional context switching as priorities evolve.
