Pros

Really wonderful, communicative, and warm team and environment. It is so clear how much the team cares about its members!

Cons

I wouldn't even say that this is a con, but the majority of the team has worked together for years. They do a great job at welcoming new team members, but joining can be a little intimidating just due to the fact that everyone already knows each other so well.
