Work hard play hard. Great employee development initiatives especially for young smart professionals. Amazing beach trips and luxurious Christmas parties

Nothing major. Fast-paced environment, if you are smart and eager to learn work will be available for you

Good company to get into consulting

Good size company to know all the management as well as employees. Good benefits and open door policy. Great work environment and gradually getting a culture too. Mostly onsite work but you can work from the "Office" every once in a while. You can learn a lot if you are self starter and can adapt to different projects quickly.

Cons

Not so great health insurance. Maybe its a lot better now. Lack a solid career path.
