      Pros

      Its a dynamic company that has great benefits, wonderful people, and a lot of interesting responsibilities for my role. The fact that the company is remote is also a nice benefit as it allows the freedom to work globally. There is also a team week that allows the company to gather in one location to meet everyone which is a great experience.

      Cons

      Being a remote company you only see your team mates in person once a year.

      - Diverse and supportive team: everyone is welcome to new joiners and sets you for success on your day-to-day work. - The company is at the AI forefront and clearly fosters all employees to invest in AI to learn and allow space for that, which is great for the future looking of what tech work will be - Fast and independent R&D based organization. Own methodology allows for teams to be very independent and have autonomy to move forward. - Not shy from changes so if sees change as something positive and embraces it and as an open culture as a culture of open discussion and tackling problems straight away

      Cons

      - Still shows the wave of past merger so we still we still see some cultural different cultural backgrounds but it's been worked on - Still imature company in what regards corporate and company processes, some things are still done very ad hoc but it's heavily investing in fixing it it - R&D could work a little bit faster in what regards shipping things until the end customer and should be open to risk more when it comes allowing for other teams to ship code to live
