Just like The Walking Dead villains, the upper management team at LeachGarner, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, just keeps getting meaner. Like most businesses during this pandemic, they are struggling to keep afloat. However, instead of treating their veteran employees with the respect they deserve, they've resorted to firing, not laying off with severance, nor allowing them to collect unemployment. With the state of our current economy, this is total devastation . All they care about is their bottom dollar.

Hourly workers wages are below average. Bonus programs are for upper management only. Permanent employees who have been here longer than 10 years are often laid off, and then rehired as a temp for a lesser wage.
