Redundancy happens often which is not great

I worked at Le Col and was shocked by the extreme incompetence of the CEO and senior management. Despite substantial private equity investment, they squandered resources on misguided projects, leading the company to a precarious financial state. The CEO displays psychopathic tendencies, prioritizing personal glory over team success, which created a toxic work environment. Decisions are made based on ego rather than strategy, leaving employees frustrated and demoralized. There’s a severe lack of accountability, and the culture promotes fear instead of collaboration. If you're considering a role here, think twice; it’s not worth your career.
