Pros
I it was a challenging experience. it introduced, and taught me a different way to approach sales. Selling dubble glazing was very educational for me.
Cons
The management didn't treat the staff very well, as regards to the pay, the basic was very minimal. if you didn't get good lead, you would find yourself in a compromising and difficult situation
