There's not much wiggle room with the lessons, so it does get monotonous. The pay is $2.15 poyer ten minute lesson, which is abit lower than most others in this line of work. Other than that, the people are great and it's a company you can be proud of working for!

After working about 6 months, THEY START STEALING YOUR PAY. The person who is responsible for paying you named JON stops paying you and hopes you don't notice. I had to quit the company because my pay was not being received. JON lies and lies and lies by telling you that he is going to make the payment on a certain date only for you to find out that the payment was never made. You are literally begging to receive the payment you already earned. Their pay is the lowest pay in the world of an ESL company and you would think the least they could do is pay their workers on time without begging for it. You are supposed to be paid on the 10th and 25th, its the 29th and I still have not received payment. AND still NO response from JON. JON will not respond with status and I believe the other management are aware of him not paying people and they allow these practices. Do not work for this company unless you want to work for NO pay. They try to make you believe the whole company did not get paid but if that was the case they would send out company emails on delayed payments nor they would not have workers working there. Cause I don't know anyone who can afford to work for free. I really wish I read the previous reviews on this company prior to accepting a position. YBM, Language Development Systems and whatever else name they use, stay clear. JON tried bargaining with me stating that he would promise to pay me on time if I stayed. What? Isn't that what you are suppose to do. This company is a SCAM.
