      Great and exciting work. Grossly overworked staff with toxic work life balance culture. Underpaid for work

      Pros

      The work is super interesting and cool! People are awsome, especially the creatives. Social life is good also

      Cons

      I question the ethics of the company considering Publicis are worth billions but they pay staff significantly lower than other agencies (I moved to another AM role and was paid 10k more - the agency I now work for is 5000000 times less profitable than Publicis - The work life balance also sucks and management fatalistically accept this as 'nature of beast' - Hardly any promotions (again because they're stingy)
