The job was sold to be very prestigious and that i should be 'thankful' to work for a FTSE 100 company

Cons

I suffered from work stress and handed my notice in not long into my employment (was still in probation). Poor management, over worked and very underpaid for my role. Toxic culture.

Ethnic minorities beware, this is isn’t a place for you

good breakfast and drinks after work to make people think this is the place to be .

Cons

Everything - Power hungry women leaders coupled with prevalent workplace racism sums this place up. Systems are not great, processes are also poor, promoted on whether your face fits.

Great company but not a fair place to work :-(

Pros

I really enjoy working at Landsec and always have. The people are inspiring, professional and have become friends. The work is interesting and varied. No 2 days are the same . I feel well appreciated and valued.

Cons

People have weird titles and are not reflective of responsibility and role. There seems to be no process ; there are people with Exec titles with more responsibilities than Managers and Directors within marketing. This is apparent at all levels within marketing /GX. It makes no sense. It’s unfair, unmotivating and career limiting.
