Heavy toxic work culture at some teams especially, I dont want to mention the team details. Working till late nights, no proper comb offs, lazy mangers who cant manage the work with resources. As far as I can say out of my total period of work 60% of days I have left my office after 9:00 PM and it strectches to 12 PM also. They provide Cab facility and dinner during those days, but no work life balance. If we question our manager one thing they say "We work like this since many years, whats your problem to work?" and any one thing in opposing or questioning they will make you forceful resign, but they doesnt think to change this culture. I have seen my manager, most of the time he doesnt work but he commands without knowing what level of work team is doing. When I got this oppurtuinity I felt I am most lucky, but once I left, I felt I am even more lucky to come out of this toxic culture. Later on I found a very great oppurtunity.

Salary lesser than industry standards however good perks. Landmark takes care of its employees when situations get bad.
