Pros

Located close to the beach and everything in the town is in walking distance. Has the potential to be a great place to work. If management treated employees with respect it would make all the difference in the work environment.

Cons

Environment is toxic, Very little room for advancement and Managers are Condescending in IT

Pros

It's a good company. Work is easy a bit boring at times. Hours are excellent. They do nice things for the employees.

Cons

Alot of people have never been anywhere else.. ever and combine that with no college education can mean it's a big dysfunctional family. A lot of cliques and the gossip runs rampant. There is too much favoritism and it is well known and accepted. Unfortunately they don't realize there are other ways of doing things and improving.

Pros

pretty much none, lunch room is decent.

Cons

STAY AWAY. GOD awful! They still use a comp system that is from 1985! It is called pro-com and legitimately horrible experience. Capital X is to go back LMAO! Its a screen that is blue and white that looks like AOL dial up coding screen. Its disgusting that a company this day in age still uses this program. What could be done in this day technology would take 5 minutes compared to their programing that would take about an hour. If you type out a whole sentence you have to delete everything to get to your typo! They are completely unorganized. Nobody knows what there doing there or seems to have a college degree or has a grip upon anything. They also put a tremendous amount of work load and pressure on employees because they are too cheap to hire more people or update a system that can run efficiently. Dont bother with this company, moving up also seems it would take forever to make a salary that is garbage!
