Management could use some work.

Terrible Managemt , no one cares when issues are brought up, lack of policies to guide our care the house supervisors are the worst I've ever encountered , they have no clinical skills, and cant offer us any support, there is never any accountability or action taken to improve the physcian skill set, or to teach house supervisors be be resource fill as they should be.n short staffed all the time because nurses don't like the work environment and leave. No incentive to work , there have been one pay raise in 4 years,, but the upper management are stacking their pockets. B
