Pay too low. Benefits could be much better

This company will pay you pennies and they tend to hire people with little experience just so they can pay you pennies. If you are new to the field, I can guarantee you that you find better paying companies with better learning experience. Honestly nothing much to learn here, all they care about is profit. If you make the company lose money upper management becomes very toxic. IF you talk to any other department about your problems, it is also prohibited. There is no teamwork here, everything is just super unorganized and not much of a system. Department managers are very toxic, you have to be a "yes man" to get by. Upper management likes to talk in their own foreign language and favoritism is a huge thing. IF they like you and if you are a yes man they will promote you quick. Promotion is not about your contribution it is whether or not upper management like you or not. When you get promoted other project managers starts having evil eye, they will give you horrible training. One in particular would tell you do a task but doesn't explain or train you on communication, rather he would make you feel like you're useless. Then calls you out on your flaws in front of all your department colleagues. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. When you mention about the poor training you're getting to the supervisor, they do nothing because upper managements are all friends. CEO and HR doesn't do anything to make work place more professional. CEO only care of profits and also favor his Chinese long time employees over anyone else. Hence the high employee turnover.
