      Pros

      Getting to know regulars-it's amazing what they tell you! Staff get on well,good atmosphere generally. Can be flexible in working hours in the summer.

      Cons

      The amount of people getting 'promotions' can be silly.I was there for only 8 months,I knew nothing about betting,yet was,because I was available and willing to learn,promoted to assistant manager because they where desperate. The amount of AssistantManagers who had just left uni and given a short training course was stupid,other members of experienced staff spent more time teaching them and righting their mistakes than having time to do their job
