Pros
An approach to retail that treats its employees with respect and understanding, one that encourages discussion of "best" approaches to problems, and allows for some creativity in that way.
Cons
A retail establishment which entails some of the standard monotony typically associated with working retail; parts of the day feel as though nothing is happening or that you are doing nothing.
