      Being able to help people look and feel their best through expressing individuality with custom clothing is incredible! Our team is always there for each other across the board in all roles. We win as a team and grow as a team!

      Pros

      -Very supportive, fun, and energetic culture. -Strong support at every level — from my direct manager to senior partners, everyone was always available to help. -Great commission structure with additional monthly bonuses that kept things motivating.

      Cons

      None to speak of. The training was intensive but well worth it. Ultimately realized sales wasn’t the right long-term fit for me — a personal decision, not a reflection of the company.
