Pros
Labcorp is well established and is very pro employee. The benefits are very good. Insurance is well priced with several to choose from. Pay is good, although that has been a work in progress over the years. I have an open communication and support from my management.
Cons
Being a corporation can be benefit, but can be a con due to the red tape that has to be worked through to get staff replaced or added. Pay is generally not evaluated for FMV unless the employee brings it to the attention of their management. Most employees won't do bring it to anyone's attention and this can cause frustration with employees that are left behind when rates for incoming employees are raised.

LabCorp has a lot of personal growth opportunities. I see outstanding growth with leadership and leadership training.
Cons
Entry level pay needs to be re-evaluated in many of their locations as many companies are doing so since the pandemic.
