1) No salary slips 2) Chops of there share of PF from your salary 3) If you don't opt for PF you won't be a on roll employee 4) Doesn't provide you with a training certificate after completion of training 5) No experience letter given when leaving the job 6) Worst office culture 7) Will put you on any technology wheather you want to work on it or not, or even if you have any knowledge about it or not
