Pros

Free products, but the products are honestly trash. My skin was left irritated and sensitive after months of using their creams which are so intensely fragranced that they are irritating. FYI they smell like baby wipes.

Cons

No career path, No HR support, Archaic culture, Sexist, racist, and depressing environment. Their office is hideous, dark, and old which is a stark contrast to the fact that they sell $500 rip off creams. GMs treat junior talent as swines. Devil Wears Prada movie IRL.
