Pros
1. New Technologies 2. Good Team and mentorship for young colleagues 3. Great Career Opportunities 4. Product based company working in different sector like Defense, Health Care, Spectrum regulations, Telecommunication etc 5. Safe Company compared to others as layoff chances are minimum, ofcourse you need to perform upto industry standards
Cons
1. Location - Lichtenau is very small town. Public transport is also an issue if you have Car then this won't be a disadvantage. 2. Language - If you know German language then it's well and good. Internal communication might happen in English sometimes but German is must.
