A certain person in higher management is a petty tyrant. Useless meetings that have no tangible benefits or outcomes Incompetent management Extremely short sighted Very cheap Do not care about safety Poor Quality Department No direction or guidance Poor training Quick to fire or punish No positive incentives Toxic working culture Maintenance team hampered by no parts and cheapness of management Korean management looks down upon and thinks less of American employees of all color and creed.

Working environment is really bad - they are trying to remove cubicles and bring us back to the school desks. No respect to the employees. CEO literally makes a tour in the morning to check if all the employees come to the office or not. Micromanaging and gaslighting is crazy here. They are also rejected a few employees who are willing to take a medical leave, which is against the law?? So yeah... please don't work here. Sales people also work 24/7. My coworker who is in the sales department works until 2am.
