The people! There's always a friendly face and people who are happy to share their time for advice and direction. The culture has always been prioritized and positive-- the company goes out of their way to make employees feel appreciated and like a community. The designs are thoughtful and relevant and our finished projects are gorgeous and praised by our clients.
Cons
Truly not much to complain about. I'm honestly surprised by, and skeptical of, some of these scathing negative reviews. They really seem bitter and exaggerated.

The paychecks are on time

The company was recently bought by venture capitalists. They now own 55%. Now, the already aloof and checked out management sees the opportunity for 2 martini lunches. As far as the work itself, I suppose there is a place for architecture as a commodity, but if you like design and are eager to participate in a design process, look elsewhere. These guys recycle past buildings for new clients and call it new by changing the color. Can’t get out of here fast enough.
