Unfortunately, some of the above advantages might contribute to the worst part of the company: the lack of organization. Projects would drag on, or get lost, and often times it felt like you would be working very hard for very little return due to the lack of a clear path to the end goal. There was no typical employee review, just a "personal/professional development" that seemed to focus more on what you could to do increase your skillset and use to the company and less on what the company could do for you.
