My colleagues are some of the highest quality people I've met. Team is laser focused on delivering impact for the communities we serve and the approach mixes passion/heart with a smart, data driven approach. The culture embraces diversity and champions equity. It's also fast-paced, innovative and flexible - we adapt to our communities and hire colleagues who can learn, build and change with us. Leadership has a big vision for changing the narrative around families who are low income and is willing to take a stand on issues that matter. They've also invested in creating a diverse team, all the way up to the top.

Cons
