Pros

There are no pros. The company has fired 95% of good workers to hire part-time and refuses to pay proper wages. It has never paid proper wages and will terminate anyone not family, friends, or grandfathered into the pension.

Cons

Executives hire friends and family to keep higher wages in their personal circle. Multiple levels of conflicts of interest. Very political. Longevity in this company is not based on performance but who you know on the Board of Directors and the Executive Department. Racism is experienced on a regular basis and new employees have made the work environment unbearable. There have been many internal complaints made by current and former employees but management will only do what benefits the highest paid.
