Pros

The only good thing I can say about it is that the regular employees have a good time with each other.

Cons

The culture is extremely toxic. There was a case where an employee was reading news that were relevant to his job while another head of a department recorded him from behind a pillar and sent the video to HR saying that the employee was playing games during work. The long time employees there constantly hype up each other, you can confirm this by just checking who comments on their LinkedIn posts, it's always other Leoron employees hyping each other up. There is zero meritocracy as a lot of the high ranking roles are either family members who are not fit for those roles or friends of the owners. They tell you to target companies for sales but every single big company is already 'taken' by an older employee, and even if you complete a sale for an employee of that company the bonus for the sale does not go to you but goes to the other guy. Not sure how it is now but before the first 3 months were at half salary and only after 3 months they start paying you the full salary which is unfair. They keep lying to their clients that they are calling from the middle east while 99% of their staff is based in North Macedonia. No matter if you have 10 years of prior experience, they treat you the same as someone with no experience who just got out of college. Overall, it's an extremely toxic workplace, that I would not recomment to anyone!
