      None. Nice perfume is something you can buy for yourself.

      Cons

      When interviewer is late to the interview and doesn't bat an eye nor offers an apology, asks the most cliche questions 'where do you see yourself in 5 years', 'give me one of your strong and one weak points' etc, when they don't actually ask about your education, skills or employment- you know the company is run terribly and it is absolutely not worth it. Run away from it!

      the new third party hiring agency implemented by Estée Lauder keeps us from getting ideal candidates to an already understaffed team
