      Awesome company to get your foot in the door for the chemistry / biotech field

      Pros

      LCMS has a great team of employees and management. Due to the smaller size of the company, it has more of a shared workload attitude. While this may not be a departmentalized corporation, it provides plenty of variety to your daily schedule, and allows you to get your feet wet in multiple areas of the business. This results in extremely well-rounded and knowledgeable employees, regardless to whether they entered the company as a salesperson or as a scientist.

      Cons

      There are a smaller amount of employees, which means that work days can be a little busier. This makes everyone in the company more of a family, than a corporate hierarchy.

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with. The lab staff and admin staff are in this together and are focused on growing a new team. The focus is growth growth growth and they are having fun while they are at it. Getting in while the company is young. The management team really listens to your ideas and has respect for your knowledge, and they make things happen. I ask for new cards or new items and they are in my hands within days/weeks of asking for them. The entire company has a forward thinking, growth motivated attitude.

      Cons

      Start-up. Has Start-up company issues. They have gone through a mighty big shake up recently, but the staff that remains seems to be on the same path and moving past the issues. The infrastructure is still being put in place and there are some gaps that will just need to be handled as they pop up.
