      Very fast paced environment and industry. Dynamic. Never get bored because the day to day operation is very intense and demanding.

      Cons

      Company is treated like a family owned company despite the its size. Chilean culture is very closed. Not easy to grow despite food performance

      An international company that pays above the average in a market where jobs are hard to come by and where generally pay is a lot lower

      Cons

      Regardless of the pro of an above average pay, it is not sufficient to provide appropriately for a decent living. Moreover, growth if virtually non existant.
