No raises unless you ask and even then he'll most likely say no. No benefits. I believe that "great place to work: review is a fake. No one likes working here especially because the boss is rude, gets angry for no reason and never seems to compliment or reward people for their work. You will be under-appreciated, belittled and ignored. There is little cross training between "departments" and male employees are trained more than the females.

The working atmosphere is terrible as the boss is mean and derogatory and does not appreciate the work employees do. His overly micromanaging ways coupled with his unpredictable and explosive temper have left many employees in the bathroom crying as a coping strategy to make it through the day. Leaving that work environment felt like posion draining from my soul.
