      Very good exposure in learning MS Excel, Component Engineering. Good exposure to Power supply design as most of the engineers are expert in Power Electronics

      Cons

      Very less pay compared to industrial standards. check job sites for the figures Very less chance of working on new or upcoming technology. Most of the projects are too trivial. No-to-very less trainings conducted for HW engineers. Any research has to be done from your own pocket. How is the work/life balance @ L&T - Ans: what's that??
