      Pros

      Management and staff are really committed to its core values. The company develops, builds, and manages quality affordable housing and lives up to its commitments to the community in hiring local workers and hiring local and minority and women owned businesses.

      Cons

      As the company grows, we're experiencing growing pains, especially as it relates to clearly defining roles and responsibilities. However, management is proactively addressing these issues.

      Amazing company, the people are amazing from all walks of life. Teams work together as one and want to see everyone succeed.

      Cons

      I have no cons. If I absolutely had to enter one I would say long hours. That’s part of the industry though and part of the job.

      Good Company that is growing really fast

      Pros

      I have worked here for 3+ years and i really enjoy the ability to be involved in all facets of construction from purchasing to closeout. It will make you a well rounded building professional

      Cons

      The hierarchy and title break down is not consistent at all in regards to a title and what that individual is actually responsible for. Individuals who do not perform have no consequence or repercussions to title or salary.
