Pros
They have actual ERP product which no other company has. Actual development work is done by developers on very complex features. I felt pride in developing useful ERP features on my own. IITian senior management is very intelligent and understanding but demanding. They will make everyone work as hard as IITian.
Cons
Long work hours. Difficult tasks. Mistakes cause lot of problems because it is a big product. All work and no play.

Employee don't have any respect here..employees are treated very badly with no value and main thing is that they provide very less salary they don't know the standards of companies.and value of Engineers. there is no any proper management they don't satisfy employee any way
