      1) Good work life balance. 2) On time salary. 3) Good brand name.

      1) 3 years Bond for freshers and retained employees. 2)HR policies are worst.Need to improve the HR policy to retain the employees. 3) Low salary . 4)Slow growth. 5)Don't recommend to stay for more than 2 years for junior level.
